Please note:
Although UNDERSOUL is registered as a UK LLP, all products are designed, produced, and shipped from Ukraine, which may influence delivery times depending on your region.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed through third-party financial providers associated with our UK LLP.
Currently, we offer online card payments and bank transfers.

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing order and shipping details.

If paying via bank transfer, please ensure that:
• the full amount is paid within three working days,
• your name and order number are included in the payment reference.

Failure to complete payment within three working days will result in order cancellation.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Prices displayed on the website exclude or include shipping depending on your region.
Shipping costs and delivery methods will be calculated and shown at checkout.

All products are shipped from Ukraine, even though the seller of record is UNDERSOUL LLP (UK).
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the buyer’s country of residence.

RIGHT TO RETURN (UK LLP STANDARD)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return items within 14 daysof receiving the order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email within 14 days.
Returned products must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, including tags, labels, and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:
• opened underwear packaging,
• custom-made or personalized items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds, including basic shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return shipment.
We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the item is received and inspected.
