Made-to-order and limited production items are usually prepared within 5–8 business days.

During periods of high demand — such as seasonal sales, promotional events, or Black Friday — processing times may be longer than usual.
Exact preparation times may vary depending on overall production workload.
If a specific product requires additional time, this will be indicated on its product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship exclusively via Nova Poshta for both domestic and international deliveries.

Estimated delivery times are not displayed at checkout, as they depend entirely on the carrier’s logistics and your destination country.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Approximate delivery times can be viewed directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
A direct link to the tracking page is included in the email alongside your tracking code.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier workload, or other external factors beyond our control.

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.
