RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) received for any reason , you may exchange the purchased item.

RETURNS

Return is possible only if the size of the item does not match the size indicated on the website or if the item is defective.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange a purchased item , please submit your request in the “Contacts” form specifying your order details, the reason for your exchange and the item you want to receive in exchange (including size information). Once your request has been processed you will receive the instructions on how to return the item by e-mail. Please ensure the item is securely placed in the original packaging when sending it to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the items received , we will process your exchange order . Please allow us at least twenty ( 20 ) days from the receipt of your item to process your order. Refunds are issued with a deduction of the site commission — 3% of the total order amount.

Please note that shipping of an exchanged item will be at your own cost unless you received the wrong item or size.
